WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT. HOW WE USE IT.
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and for physical items, your mailing address. This information allows us to process and fulfill your orders. Your e-mail address and phone number allows us to notify you of your order status and clarify potential order errors. At checkout, your personal data is sent electronically and securely to one of our online merchants of your choice, such as PayPal® or AmazonPayments®, or directly to our e-commerce host Shopify. We then receive your contact information from those merchants to fulfill your order. Direct credit card payment numbers obtained by mail, telephone, or e-mail are obfuscated immediately after the transaction. No financial data is ever received or stored by us.
You may voluntarily sign up to be informed about catalog updates. For this service we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send the information you requested. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to our website and catalog updates. If you would rather not receive this information, please notify us. Make sure to notify us for each account or e-mail address you have provided. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as One-Click shopping and the ability to store items in your shopping cart between visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings to prevent that. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to place you order online via our website. In that case we will be happy to accept your order via mail using our printed order form, or by fax or phone.
